Brightening + Even Tone Cleanser

A gentle facial cleanser for everyday use. Made for all skin types in mind that struggle with concerns of hyperpigmentation (dark spots). BALANCE No. 16 Brightening Even Tone Cleanser is formulated with a botanical blend of turmeric to even skin tone and brighten complexion.

- Hero ingredient, Alpha-Arbutin, to brighten and even skin tone
- Powered with papain enzymes found naturally in papaya to reduce inflammation and removes dead skin cells

Gently massage onto damp skin in circular motions for a minimum of 60 seconds, and rinse with warm water. To be used morning and night.

A powerful antioxidant to fight free radicals and protect the skin from environmental stressors to prevent premature aging. Additionally, a stable derivative of vitamin C that isn't irritating, fades hyperpigmentation, and boosts collagen production to give skin a smoother and plumper appearance.

LICORICE ROOT EXTRACT
Blocks the enzyme necessary for melanin (pigment) development. Loaded with multiple perks, from supplying antioxidants and anti-inflammatory advantages to assisting in diminishing dark spots.

BALANCE Face Cleanser is a water-based cleanser developed to target darks spots formed by acne. This cleanser is an anti-inflammatory powerhouse that gently cleanses, all while providing glow and luster to the skin.

Is this cleanser good for removing dark spots?

Absolutely!! Its key ingredient is turmeric which aids in evening out skin tone and reducing the appearance of acne scars.

I have heard that turmeric can be staining, it this true?

Yup, definitely not a myth! In fact, it may be the only downside to using turmeric. We have found that our cleanser has minimal staining. When applied to the skin, it can temporarily stain the skin or leave a yellow residue. Completely normal. We just recommend you rinse off completely and follow with a toner to remove any traces of turmeric, if any. But if you’re allergic, direct skin contact can cause irritation, redness, and swelling.
